No if Melody could talk she would not say everything on her mind. Because she would have the chance to spread out her thoughts on a day to day bases. As of right now Melody has all of her thoughts stuck in her mind.
If Melody could walk and talk she would be just like any other person. But she would just be a lot smarter than other person in her class because she has a photographic mind. Melody would be able to run because she is just like any other person her school.

This shows, she is super smart already, and if she could talk and walk properly she could show everyone who she really is on the inside.
